He currently authors a monthly column in the local San Diego Society for Human Resources newsletter entitled Coaches Corner providing business coaching counsel to HR professionals. In addition, he has experience with mergers & acquisitions, change management, continuous improvement, rightsizing, union and union-free environments. As a certified coach, Robert is very effective at helping clients to develop and implement plans for themselves and their organizations. He is also an accomplished training professional serving in adjunct roles at the state and city college level.
